Innovisions is part of Innomads BV, based in Agelo, and is responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this privacy policy.

Personal data we process

Innomads BV processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we may process:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Data about your activity on our website
• Other personal data you actively provide, for example in correspondence (email) and by phone.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not collect special personal data (e.g. ethnicity, health, political views, religious beliefs, etc.), nor is it our intention to do so. We also do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. If you believe we have collected special personal data or data about a minor without such permission, please contact us at info@innomads.nl, and we will remove this information.

Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data

Innomads BV processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to carry out our services.
• To analyse your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and tailor our range of products and services to your preferences.

Automated decision-making

Innomads BV does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. This concerns decisions made by computer programs or systems, without a human (for example, an employee of Innomads BV) being involved.

How long we retain personal data

Innomads BV does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Innomads BV does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Innomads BV remains responsible for this processing.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use

The Innomads BV website uses technical and functional cookies. We also use analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use.

Regarding the analytical cookies from Google Analytics, we have:

• Entered into a processing agreement with Google;
• Masked the last 8 digits of the IP address;
• Disabled "data sharing";
• Not used any other Google services in combination with the Google Analytics cookies.

The information collected by the cookies is not used to identify you, and we do not share statistical data with third parties. These cookies are also not used for any purpose other than those described above.

Viewing, amending or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Innomads BV, and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.

You can send a request to view, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@innomads.nl.

To make sure the request to view data has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and national ID number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks at the latest.

How we protect personal data

Innomads BV takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alteration.
