Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of the Innovisions website. Version: September 2026.

Article 1. Definitions

  1. Innovisions: Innovisions, part of Innomads BV, located at Oppersveldweg 7, 7636 RH Agelo, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 80607217.
  2. Website: the Innovisions website, including all pages, videos, images and forms.
  3. Visitor: anyone who visits or uses the Website.
  4. Forms: the contact form and the videoscan on the Website.

Article 2. Applicability

  1. These terms apply to every visit to and use of the Website.
  2. By using the Website, the Visitor agrees to these terms.
  3. No products or services are sold and no payments are made via the Website. Agreements about an assignment are always made separately between Innovisions and the client, outside the Website.

Article 3. Information on the Website

  1. Innovisions takes care with the information on the Website but cannot guarantee that it is always complete, accurate and up to date.
  2. The information on the Website is general and non-binding. No rights can be derived from it.
  3. Results mentioned on the Website, such as views, leads or reviews, are examples from previous projects and are not a guarantee of future results.

Article 4. Contact form and videoscan

  1. Via the Forms, the Visitor can get in touch or request a videoscan without obligation. Filling in a Form is not an order and does not create any obligation.
  2. The advice the Visitor receives following the videoscan is non-binding and based on the answers provided.
  3. The Visitor fills in the Forms truthfully and does not use them for spam or misuse.
  4. Innovisions aims to respond within a few working days but cannot guarantee a fixed response time.

Article 5. Intellectual property

  1. All videos, photos, text, logos, design and other content on the Website are the property of Innovisions or of the relevant clients and creators, and are protected by copyright and other rights.
  2. It is not permitted to copy, download, edit or publish content from the Website without prior written permission from Innovisions. Sharing a link to the Website is permitted.
  3. Logos and brand names of clients are shown for reference and remain the property of those clients.

Article 6. Links to other websites

  1. The Website contains links to websites and platforms of third parties, such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and the websites of clients and partners such as Innomads.
  2. Innovisions is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy policy of those websites.

Article 7. Availability

  1. Innovisions aims to keep the Website accessible at all times but does not guarantee that the Website will function without interruptions or errors.
  2. Innovisions may adjust, temporarily take offline or discontinue the Website at any time.

Article 8. Liability

  1. Innovisions is not liable for damage arising from the use of the Website or the information on it, or from the Website being temporarily unavailable.
  2. Innovisions is not liable for damage caused by viruses or other harmful components, or for misuse of the Website by third parties.
  3. This limitation does not apply in the event of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of Innovisions.

Article 9. Privacy and cookies

  1. Innovisions processes the personal data the Visitor provides via the Forms in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). How this is done is set out in the privacy policy.
  2. The Website uses functional cookies. Analytical and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel) are only placed if the Visitor gives consent via the cookie notice. This choice can always be changed via "Cookies" at the bottom of the Website.

Article 10. Changes

  1. Innovisions may change these terms. The amended terms apply from the moment they are published on the Website.

Article 11. Applicable law and questions

  1. Dutch law applies to these terms and to the use of the Website.
  2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Innovisions is established.
